Terms & Conditions

Draft — pending legal review

These Terms & Conditions are a draft generated for internal review. They have not yet been reviewed or approved by legal counsel and are not a final, binding legal document. They will be finalized with counsel before being relied upon. Do not treat them as legal advice.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Tecnicora MCP for Odoo connector (the "Service"), which lets Claude read data from your Odoo over a read-only connection.

1. The Service

The Service is a read-only connector. It can read your Odoo data to answer your questions through Claude, but it cannot create, edit, or delete anything in your Odoo. It is an assistant, not an auditor.

2. Your account and credentials

  • You connect using your own Odoo URL, database, login, and a read-only API key that you generate in Odoo.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the activity that occurs under your connection.
  • You can revoke your API key in Odoo at any time, which immediately ends the connection.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Only connect data you are authorized to access. Do not connect Odoo data that you are not authorized to read or share.
  • Keep your API key scoped and read-only. We recommend a dedicated, read-only integration user.
  • Use the Service in compliance with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law.

4. Informational use only

The Service's output is informational and analytical only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or financial advice. You must independently verify the underlying data in Odoo before making any decision based on the output.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Tecnicora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tecnicora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Because the Service is read-only, it cannot modify your Odoo records.

7. Sub-processors

Tecnicora uses the sub-processors listed in Legal & data handling and the Data Processing Agreement (summary) to deliver the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this help center. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico [jurisdiction TBD]. The specific jurisdiction and venue will be finalized with counsel.

10. Contact
